Hi! I'm Brianne, the main maker and owner behind Melrose Soap. I first just want to say I am so sorry you are here. If you're here it means something about your experience with Melrose Soap upset you.

Our goal at Melrose Soap is for you to love your bath and body product goodies as much as we love making them. Afterall, each product is handcrafted in small batches, with care, straight from our hands to your home.

Our Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns of the products themselves once the products are opened- we are happy to offer a replacement or a store credit depending on the situation. Our products are very personal items and we appreciate your understanding as to why we cannot accept returns of open products. 

If you recieve the wrong items or they are damaged, please email us within 7 days of package being recieved including a picture of the damage/wrong product at support@melrosesoap.com or fill out the form below.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may recieve a refund by means of store credit/ or a replacement on all eligible merchandise (Original shipping charges are non-refundable). Our return policy is effective for up to 21 days from when the order is recieved
